Adoration
of the Blessed Sacrament
Adoration of the Blessed
Sacrament is held each Monday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. This holy time is in answer
to the question that Jesus asked his Apostles: "Can you watch one hour with
me?" All are urged to say "YES" and to spend as much time as they
can.

ANGELS
Angels are adult parishioners
who commit time and talent to the office staff whenever assistance is needed.
For example; answering phones during lunch hour. Angels welcome opportunities to
reach out and lend a hand to other ministries as well. This may include light
clerical work, mailings, phone calls, and cards to our sick and homebound
parishioners. They assist in the NEVER ENDING lists of HELP NEEDED in the
parish. Many hands make light work. Even one hour a week can assist someone in
need.
Bethany
Bethany is a bereavement
support group that meets to lend support to those who have experienced any
significant loss. Please telephone the Parish office for further information.
The Bethany team also assists the family; in planning the funeral liturgy.
Each week our children receive
their own bulletin with games, puzzles and insight to the week's scripture
readings. They can use this during Mass or take it home and discuss with their
parents. The third Sunday of the month, at the 10:30 a.m. mass, children ages
3-12 are invited to the All Purpose Room for their own Liturgy of the Word. They
return to their families for the Liturgy of the Eucharist.
Clothes
For Kids
This is a community ministry
providing clothing for needy children. We accept only NEW clothing, since these
children rarely receive anything new. This is an ongoing project, not only for
the holidays. Please call the office with any questions.
Opportunities are available to
interpret the Sunday readings or topical issues through skits with clowns or
other characters. These skits help all the children of God better understand
what they hear during Mass and relate it to their daily lives.
